Joe Messina is a Detective Inspector with the Victoria Police Major Crime Squad.

This gifted copper is always impeccably dressed and is a stickler for good manners.

Although Joe’s colleagues think he is a tad on the arrogant side, Joe is an honourable and honest member of the crime squad who is dedicated to catching bad guys.
