Bob Trimbole, aka “Aussie Bob”, is one half of the infamous underworld duo Trimbole and Clark, famed for their construction of Australia’s heroin importation organisation.
The overweight Italian-Australian loved his food and found nothing more thrilling than pulling in the big money from his marijuana crops.
This ringleader set up a complex combination of partnerships in multiple networks.
He was at home with the Italians in the town Griffith and had a hand in working with his corrupt partners in the NSW police forces. He also relied on the thugs of Melbourne’s underworld.
The engaging exterior Bob portrayed concealed a very dangerous nature to his personality.
