Underbelly: The Golden Mile

Underbelly: The Golden Mile is the third series of the Australian hit drama, showing in an exclusive UK premiere only on STV.

The first series, a hard-hitting real-life tale of Melbourne’s violent gangland wars, was a huge hit with viewers on the channel and online. Then last autumn, we aired the explosive second series. A prequel, Underbelly: A Tale of Two Cities looked back to the crime wave of 1976, when hard drugs hit Australia and drug money flooded the underworld.

Now the highly anticipated third series arrives on to STV screens. The sequel to A Tale of Two Cities, it focuses on events that stemmed from the Kings Cross nightclub scene in Sydney between 1988 and 1999, and is set to be as just as gritty and compelling as the rest of Underbelly has been.
