As the World Cup grabs the attention of nearly half of the world’s population, top nail technician Elzbieta Loszczyk has come up with the perfect solution for including those more interested in what the WAGs are wearing than the football.
The Scottish Nail Technicion of the year has mastered the national flags of every World Cup qualifying country and is out to prove that football can be glamorous.
The best surface for creating nail art is acrylic nails. It is recommended that acrylics are attached to your nail professionally to avoid damaging your real nails long term.
Speaking about her designs, Elzbieta said: “The wedding season is also a good time to have your nails done and a good time to get something different.”
Elzbieta goes World Cup crazy, adding the South African colours mixed in with some football design to create a WAG worthy nail design.
She opts for a long, pointy design but stresses that the length of your acrylic nail is completely up to you.
Once your nails are painted to perfection, looking after them is key to achieving the estimated three to four week duration.
Elzbieta added: “Use cuticle oil regularly, two times a day. It is about ensuring the correct preparation and maintaining a constant product application.”
