Tom Cannavan has forged an international reputation as a wine expert, and is currently the Louis Roederer International Wine Writer of the Year.
He has published online magazine, www.wine-pages.com, since 1995 and has written or contributed to 11 books. Tom is the wine columnist for I-On Glasgow and I-On Edinburgh magazines, and has written for titles including Decanter, The Independent and The Sunday Times.
He judges at the world's major wine competitions and is living proof that even 6'1" Glaswegians enjoy delicate wines!
Tom looks forward to sharing his knowledge and passion for wine with The Hour’s viewers. With minimum jargon and a ‘no snobbery’ guarantee, Tom’s regular slots will feature lots of useful advice and, hopefully, some great wine experiences.
