As the Royal wedding draws closer and closer more people are putting plans in place for street parties to celebrate the big day.
If you’re planning to have one yourself, you’ll need some tasty treats to serve up at your event, and Sharyl Brown from the Biscuit Café has shared her recipe here for a good old classic – Coronation Chicken.
This spiced dish has a special link to the Royals as it was created for the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. If you’d like to try it out yourself, the ingredients list and the method can be found below.
• 250g cooked chicken
• 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 1-2 teaspoon curry powder
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp mango chutney
1. Add all the below ingredients into a bowl and mix them together
2. Use as filling for a sandwich or roll
