Has the rain washed out your summer? In need of a bit of a lift? This baked chocolate pancakes recipe from Tony Singh will leave your belly warm and your smile wide. Added in with a marmalade sauce this easy to make dessert is perfect for a cosy night in front of the fireplace.

Baked chocolate pancakes with marmalade sauce
Ingredients:
Method
1. Warm the Nuttela in the microwave on low until it becomes soft and smooth but not runny.
2. Spread on each pancake and pile on top of one another – remembering to overlap – before placing in a small oven-proof dish. Keep going until all pancakes have been used.
3. Place marmalade, butter and orange juice in a pot and bring to the boil until it becomes a thick syrup. Take off the heat and add Drambuie.
4. Pour half the mixture over the pancakes and pop into an oven for 10 minutes. Pour over the remaining syrup afterwards and serve.
