Romantic drama Married Single Other comes hits STV tonight (February 17) for a six-part series.
The comedy is based on the lives, loves and loathes of three couples, who are all at different stages of their relationships.
Set in Leeds, the story follows characters who are who are either married, single or in non-conventional pairings.
Starring Amanda Abbington, Lucy Davis, Shaun Dooley, Dean Lennox Kelly, Ralf Little and Miranda Raison, the show was created and written by Peter Souter.
Married Babs (Amanda Abbington) has suddenly realised her relationship is in trouble, and that she can’t face staying with her loveable but useless husband Dickie (Dean Lennox Kelly), who spends his days coming up with ‘great’ ideas.
Single Clint (Ralf Little) - who also happens to be Dickie’s brother – has never dated the same girl twice, until he meets Abbey (Miranda Raison), a gorgeous model who turns his world upside down.
And childhood sweethearts Issy (Lucy Davis) and Eddie (Shaun Dooley), have been together for 16 years and are blissfully happy – but Issy still refuses to marry her partner, claiming she loves him too much. But when she encounters an abusive husband during her work at a women’s refuge, will she change her mind?
Married Single Other starts on STV tonight (February 17) at 9pm, and is on for the next six weeks.
