Popstar to Operastar winner Joe McElderry has announced the tracklist for his new album 'Classic'.
This will be the Geordie lad's second studio album and is scheduled for release on August 22.
The CD will feature 12 "classic covers", including renditions of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Misérables and classical number Time To Say Goodbye.
McElderry previously described the record as a "snapshot" of where he is as an artist today.
He said: I am excited about the opportunity to record and perform some of this amazing repertoire."
The 20-year-old was dropped from Simon Cowell's Syco label in April after poor sales of the debut album Wide Awake,
At the time Joe told Star magazine: "We parted on a good note. No one was to blame. It was kind of expected.
"I was only contracted for one album and it didn't work out how I'd hoped. The second single didn't work out either, which was disappointing."
