Former Strictly Come Dancing runner-up Rachel Stevens has said she could "definitely" replace Alesha Dixon on the judging panel.
Dixon quit the show to join the Britain's Got Talent panel with Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and David Walliams.
Stevens competed in the 2008 series, coming second to Holby City actor Tom Chambers.
The 33-year-old told Digital Spy: "I could definitely fill Alesha's shoes. I could give that a good go. Definitely!"
She added: "I'd love the opportunity to do something where I could really give my opinion, my feisty side - it'd be fun!"
Stevens added that the opportunity would be a "brilliant laugh".
Rachel said: "I've always wanted to do something like this before, where you can really give something back to the community. It's a fantastic cause."
Meanwhile, Holden is expected to return to the BGT panel for the Edinburgh auditions.
The actress had some time off after giving birth to her daughter Hollie last month.
Amanda was replaced by guest judge Carmen Electra for the London auditions.
