John and Edward Grimes have said that their performance of the theme tune from `Ghostbusters' will force Simon Cowell to "eat humble pie", says a report.
The brothers have been working with X Factor choreographer Brian Friedman to create a show-stopping routine for Movie Week.
Edward told a pal that the brothers believe that their performance of the song will force the X Factor boss to admit that they have The X Factor, according to the Daily Mirror.
Edward reportedly told his friend: "We want to make Simon eat humble pie and prove to him we can sing."
Edward hinted that someone on the judging panel may be in for a "sliming" during the routine.
He added: "There is going to be loads of ghosts and loads of slime.
"Who would the viewers like to see get slimed?"
Louis Walsh said that he thinks that the boys will go on to win this year's contest.
He said: "Simon should throw in the towel now. They are the only act everyone is talking about."
