Corrie star Kym Marsh has announced that her relationship with Jamie Lomas is back on. The star broke the news as she accepted the award of `Celebrity Mum Of The Year' at Manchester's Lowry Hotel.
Marsh plays barmaid Michelle Connor in the Weatherfield soap.
She told PA: "Yes, we are back together. Jamie has got a son of his own and he is a very good father, but he can't win 'Celebrity Mum of the Year!'"
The singer has two children, 14-year-old David and Emily who is 11, from her previous relationship with Dave Cunliffe. Lomas has a three-year-old son Billy with Hayley Lever.
On receiving the award, Kym said: "It is a real honour to get this award. It is nice to know I have got a lot of support out there, it has been a really difficult year.
"I have been a single parent in the past and I have had struggles, so hopefully people still think I have done the best by my children."
She added: "It is so important to have a big family network. My parents are so supportive and their dad is very involved in our children's upbringing."
Kym and Jamie began dating in July 2008 and split in October this year.
The couple suffered the tragic loss of their first child together in February 2009.
Archie Jay Lomas died shortly after he was born 18 weeks premature.
