Now that you’ve mastered the Reggaeton stomp it’s time to move onto the Reggaeton two-step. Zumba® instructor Donna Giffen demonstrates the new move
"We’re going to take the Reggaeton bounce but we’re going to add a little bit of flavour and a little bit of rhythm and make it into a two-step," she says. "We’re going to start with the arms."
You bring your right arm up and pull it to the right, as Donna demonstrates. Then you do the same with your left. Once you have got the hang of the arms, add in a little bounce and do a double pull on each arm.
"Add a little bit more upper body," Donna says. "Then add the knees."
For every two pulls you move your knees to the side; two to the right and then two to the left.
If you’re getting into Zumba® Fitness, watch out for STV’s national online Zumba® class. Weatherman Sean Batty will be hosting on January 27th at 6.30pm, right after the STV News at 6.30pm.
