Stella Bartram shows off the Superman Pointer exercise – a master class in co-ordination.
Clear away the Christmas toys and get down on your hands and knees in front of the computer.
Place your hands under your shoulders and knees under hips.
Take your alternate arm and leg out to the front, then elbow to knee, then reach, ala Superman.
Repeat four times on each side and do three sets.
