On Thursday at 6.30pm, the world came to Cumbernauld for our live Zumba® class in one of the biggest live online Zumba® events ever staged. Zumba® Education Specialist Donna Giffen led the moves, STV weatherman Sean Batty was your host. It was a 30 minute class and you can watch it all again - and join in again right here. If you do, remember to do a gentle warm-up beforehand, to drink plenty of water and to make sure you don't over exert yourself - details here. You can practice the moves now with Donna's video guides. And don't forget to come back and see the pictures of everyone else who was joining in wherever they were..
