Richard, or "Nooky" as he is more widely known, has over 23 years military and motivational training experience. Nooky left the Army as a Sergeant Major and now runs Not all Bad, a group offering motivational training courses.
Through personal mentoring combined with mental and physical challenges, Nooky encourages participants to push themselves and recognise their full potential - whilst enhancing team spirit and increasing self-confidence.
In the Make Me Happier episode dedicated to confidence and worrying, Nooky trained Michael to become a drill sergeant. After Nooky’s coaching Michael succeeded at being in control of a platoon of 20 soldiers and finished the drill routine feeling motivated, confident and in control of his own fate.
