In this revealing six-part factual series Make Me Happier presented by Lorraine Kelly and Angus Purden, STV viewers will meet a group of Scots who are living with stress issues, and follow their journey as they take the first steps towards improving their lives.
Working closely with STV’s team of professionals, the six contributors will learn to deal with some of the issues that are having a negative impact on their lives, such as anxiety, fear, insomnia and low self-esteem, in order to improve their emotional health and lives more generally.
The experts on hand range from therapists and personal trainers to nutritionists and fitness coaches, who will provide the contributors with guidance, inspiration, encouragement and practical techniques to give them a push in the right direction and help them move forward.
Over six weeks, this insightful series will raise awareness of some of the most common emotional health issues, and show the contributors, and those watching at home, what they themselves can do to improve their lives.
You can watch the programme on the STV Player or use this special Make Me Happier website which has a host of supplementary information.
