Hell's Kitchen contestant Jody Latham has agreed to close his pub until health and safety work has been completed, according to a report.
The 27-year-old actor was the first celebrity to get booted out of this year's Hell's Kitchen.
He had opened the gastro pub, Jacks Bar, with lifelong friend and property developer Simon Graham.
Jody said he was "walking in with expert help" from chef Marco Pierre White after they "connected" on the celebrity cooking show.
However, local residents in Barrowford, East Lancashire, complained to the council about his pub, according to the Daily Mirror.
When officials inspected the premises they found side doors open exposing rusty nails and dangling live wires.
The rubbish bins were reportedly overflowing with garbage.
Officers from the local fire service have also issued the business with a notice over breaches of the safety code.
Mr Graham has volunteered to stop trading until the safety work is completed after meeting with Pendle Council.
The local authority's Philip Mousdale said: "Mr Graham was not served notice to close."
