Bruce Devlin's commitment to losing weight through stv's Feelgood Factor show, alongside Eamonn Holmes and all the rest of them, gets bigger and better.
This time, we join in him in Glasgow's Kelvingrove Park on a cold and frosty morning with ex-army trainer Stella, an ex-army personal trainer.
It's all burpess and squat thrusts and crawling and press-ups and then running up a huge flight of steps, Rocky style, to finish with.
Frankly just watching it is exhausting enough. Back in the studio Bruce admitted, "It was tough." But he said in some ways it was tougher than going to the gym but in other ways it was better.
"At least it was outside. I'm very self-conscious as anyone who has read mm blog will know. But outside of the gym, I felt less self-conscious."
But at least there were signs of progress. "I couldn't have done some of that when I started", he confided.
Bruce has been following the Feelgood Factor regime since it began. You can read about his progress in his blogs.
He is living proof that a bit fo detemrination can go a long way.
