Gennie and Nikhil have been at loggerheads recently over Nikhil’s excessive exercise routine, and things reach a head tonight when it becomes clear that he’s addicted to it!

Things kick off when Nikhil agrees not to go running today so that he can spend more time with Gennie, but when Gennie finds out that he’s gone for one anyway, she grows concerned. Can’t he just chillax for one day? Obviously not…

Meanwhile, Zak is struggling to cope with his emotions, and when Lisa tries to talk to him about his feelings he clams up, heading upstairs to spend some time by himself.

Elsewhere in the village, Megan leaves Declan frustrated when she teases him over whether she’s going to take the job or not.

Revealing to his half sister the truth about who Mia’s real dad was, he begs her to take the job, and after mulling it over she finally agrees and Declan gets the champagne out to celebrate.

Katie isn’t too impressed, however, and is left wondering what she’s going to have to put up with. I see a catfight brewing….
