BRIT Awards 2010: Outstanding Contribution Award goes to Robbie Williams

Starting with a song about getting the award for his lifetime while clutching his BRIT Award, Robbie quickly thrilled the crowd by launching in Entertain Me.

"Now scream" he yelled, and the crowd were certainly more than happy to as the song kicked into gear.

Then a change of pace to Feel, Robbie adlibbing to say "Good evening everybody" as he wandered across the stage.

Suited and looking in fine form, he effortlessly then moved into Come Undone, joking as he tried to get the crowd to sing along.

"Thank you so much, I hope you're having a good evening!" he yelled before moving into jazzier number You Know Me.

Robbie also amended the lyrics of No Regrets to sing "I didn't lose my BRITs, they were mine to give away." The cheeky chappy!

Finally it was his best-known track Angels, which he had the crowd sing at the start - and throughout the song. "God bless you all, thank you!" he said, and that was about that. Next year, anybody?
