Designer Tom Ford was on hand to present this award, and said how underdressed he felt after Lady GaGa.
Not to worry about a complete snubbing for Florence and the Machine, as she walked away with the biggest award of the night.
"Wow, thanks so much for having me back. Cheers!" Florence said.

She unsurprisingly had a list of people to thank, including her "incredible band" and everyone who bought the album.
"So, thank you so much," she added, "everyone's been incredible and I've had the best time! Hope you have too."
The prize marked an incredible year for the artist, who only last year won the Critics Choice Award. Good news for Ellie Goulding, perhaps?
The nominees were Dizzee Rascal - Tongue n’Cheek, Florence & the Machine - Lungs, Kasabian - West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum, Lily Allen - It’s Not Me, It’s You and Paolo Nutini - Sunny Side Up.
